If anyone has lived in (or even visited) Texas then you know the weather can be very unpredictable here! If you don't like being cold just wait a day...it will be hot. It's been raining here off and on for about 2-3 weeks. When there is a break for the day between storms everyone is trying to mow their yards, but with all the rain the ground just isn't sucking it down like it usually does and we all end up mudding on our mowers! Here is our front yard right now!
Here is our back yard!
It's horrible! We can't play outside or do anything! Tom gave up on using the mower and started using the weed eater to at least knock the tall grass down right around the house.
So...everyone out there who is in another state...please start doing your rain dances again. I really want this to go away so if you do your rain dances it will leave here and come to you!!! Right?!?!?

Eh, no. We're having the same problem. It rained here solidly until lunch today then the sun came out. Hubby DID manage to get the grass cut Thurs. but now it's knee-high again. BTW..I suck at PacMan. LOL

Argh! Rosa! It rained again today so the ruts he made with the mower are now full of water! We could start a mud wrestling match out here!
Oh...and I stink at PacMan too, but it's fun and addicting to play!!!
