We bought Elizabeth a new bed and I decided I was going to paint it white and add some color to her room! Boy did it add some color! I didn't realize it would be so dark. It is only on two of her walls which is good because Tom about fainted when he saw it! Elizabeth was asking me when I planned to paint her other walls! I don't think I can handle the whole room being this color! WOW! It looked different on the swatch at HomeDepot! It was also a flat color then. The sales guy said that the Satin finish is easier to clean so it works better in kids rooms so that is what I got. It took a lot of work. Mom spent a lot of time painting the bed, but it looks great! Now I just have to get Elizabeth to pick up all her stuff and put it away. Maybe buy her a chair and a lamp for that new desk if she will get it done pretty soon!
